At Otter Design Labs, we appreciate your business and prioritize your satisfaction. However, as we provide digital marketing services, we handle refund and return requests slightly differently than businesses selling physical goods.

Services Delivered

Refund Requests: Due to the nature of our work, once a service has been delivered and completed, we generally cannot provide a refund. This is because we commit a significant amount of resources, planning, and actual production time which has a significant cost associated with it.

Dissatisfied with our service: If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will work closely with you and strive to address your concerns.

Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a service before we have started work on it, we will refund your payment in full. However, once the project has commenced, we will only be able to refund a portion of the payment based on the amount of work that has been done.

Non-Delivered Services

Prepaid Services: If for some reason we are unable to provide a service that you’ve prepaid for, you’ll be entitled to a full refund for that particular service.

Unexpected Disruptions: In the case of unexpected disruptions, such as technical problems preventing service delivery, we will provide alternatives or rescheduling options. If these are not satisfactory or viable, a full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the circumstances at hand.

Renewal of Services

Auto-Renewals of Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for services beyond the initial money-back-guarantee period and after the renewal has been processed.

Cancellation of Renewal: You can cancel the auto-renewal of your service at any time. However, it is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal if you do not want your service to be renewed.

Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change this refund policy terms at any time without any prior notice. Modifications will be posted and deemed effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review these changes in a timely manner. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes made.
